About the Event
Have you ever wanted to be in a choir but never had the chance or the courage? Or perhaps you already sing regularly and just like meeting new people?
Join Beth Porter of The Bookshop Band and The Spell Songs Ensemble and become part of the festival choir in a day. In this two and a half hour session, she'll be taking the group through a series of simple songs to be performed at a scratch public concert at 6pm. Make music, make friends and have a unique festival experience.

About Beth Porter
Beth Porter is a well known cellist on the UK folk and acoustic music circuit. Her projects include The Bookshop Band (with her husband, Ben), The Spell Songs Ensemble, which has taken her to Royal Albert Hall and Glastonbury, and her own songwriting project, Beth Porter and The Availables.
