Join local textile artist  Louisa Ruthven for a hands-on creative workshop where literature meets craft. In Stitched Stories: Pockets of Meaning , participants will stitch and embroider a simple fabric pocket booklet and fill it with handwritten quotations that hold personal significance. Whether it’s a line from a beloved novel, a poem that changed your perspective, or a phrase that’s stuck with you for years, this is your chance to carry those words with you—literally.

Led by an experienced textile artist, this workshop invites participants to reflect on the power of language while engaging in the quiet, meditative act of making. All materials will be provided. Come and stitch your story.
